If you found this site looking for get rich quick, keep looking.  This site is not that site.  This is a site for serious business people who really want to know how to make money in any Network Marketing / MLM home based business on the internet.

The major thing to remember is that the Network Marketing / MLM home based business industry is one that although can be very rewarding, can also be very tough.  And the internet magnifies both conditions.  If one does not have the proper knowledge and coaching, especially online, their internet Network Marketing / MLM home based business could end up costing alot money (mucho dinero).

I remember when I first decided to go online with my Network Marketing / MLM home based business, I did not know which way to turn.  There were so many so called ”internet network marketing gurus,” out there saying that they could show me how to make a ton of money overnight.

I immediately became a student of the online Network Marketing / MLM home based business world.  And honestly, for every bad offer there was a legitimate one to counter it.  And yes, there were some that were making money.

As I learned more about making money in Network Marketing / MLM on the internet, I was able to combine some intangible offline philosophy as well to really reach people and teach them how to make money along the way.  As my business partner (affectionately called Sinsei)always says, “the student had become the teacher” – lol! 

Because I was a student first, of internet Network Marketing / MLM, when I transferred over to running my business solely online, I had success and made money rather quickly.  And, in a matter of weeks I had a page ranking of 7 out of 1,020,000 results for my keywords in search engines.  Wow!  I don’t say that to impress you but to impress upon you the importance of becoming a student.

Know your audience and make money on the internet in any Network Marketing / MLM home based business.

Hello everyone.  Sergio Rozzelle (http://sergiorozzelle.com), here and I am back to talk to you about making money in YOUR Network Marketing / MLM home based business on the internet.  More specifically I am speaking of knowing your audience. 

The Network Marketing / MLM is a business that is high-touch.  In my opinion it is the best home based business because this fact.  Marketers in every industry will tell you that you must know your audience in order to be successful and make money.  And trust me when I tell you that internet Network Marketing / MLM home based business industry is no exception.

But knowing your audience is a 2 -way street.  To truly have success and make money in the Network Marketing / MLM home based business using the internet, you have to “bridge-the-gap,” and marry the “high-touch,” with the “high-tech,” and let your audience get to know you.

Hello Friends.  This article will talk to you about the importance of knowing the compensation plan for your network marketing / MLM home based business so you can maximize it on the Internet and make real money.

Listen friends, I am not here to bash any company or their practices.  If I accidentally step on your toes, just say either “ouch,” or “Amen.” :-)

What I want to do is:

1) challenge all network marketing / MLM  leaders to be be forthright with prospects and share  both the pros and CONS of their compensation plans from the beginning.   How many hoops do you have to go through to maximize the compensation plan?  Do you get paid on all of your volume?  How many people really max the plan?  etc….

2) encourage all network marketing / MLM home based business owners, to understand how you make money and how the company makes money.  This is critical because that will determine what your role should be in building your business.  Are you building for upfront cash, residual money, selling more products, stacking……etc.?

I know of quite a few people in several different network marketing / MLM home based businesses that  have hit the top spots in their respective companies and are still BROKE, making less money, than when they were at  lower levles.  Why?  Because of “hype,” and not understanding the structure of their compensation plans.   Yet “their” companies are benefitting tremendously from their efforts.  Now they are in to deep, and don’t know their way out.  This leaves themselves and their teams frustrated and confused.

You owe it to yourself and your team to be an adept business person and know your compensation plan to make money in any network marketing / MLM home based business on the Internet.

As a Network Marketer, undoubtedly one of the attractions to this kind of home based business was the asset leveraging.  The idea that you could do the work one time, then duplicate your efforts and have multiple results is a very tempting proposition.

But since you came here looking for ways to make money in any network marketing / MLM home based business on the internet, my guess is that you are looking for ways to make that happen.

Asset leveraging in the most basic form is simply to “make money” off of, “Other People’s, time, talent and money.”   To make it “Automatic” if you will. 

Ideally, you should have an automatic money making business system that works whether you do or not.  This is what every Network Marketer hopes will happen for their business, whether they admit it or not.  But less than 1% ever develop an “automatic” money making network marketing / MLM business.

 Why you ask?  Because they focus on these three things.

1. Recruit
2. Train
3. Motivate

The problem is that to make their network marketing /MLM home based business automatic, they must have a system that automatically,

1. Prospects
2. Recruits
3. Trains and not motivate, but
4. Duplicate 

You will never be able to automate your network marketing  company util you can truly duplicate yourself and your system.  Why?  Because people are people and unique in every since of the word.

But when you have an automatic system that does the last four actions listed, you can truly duplicate yourself and multiply your results.

Hello friends.  The internet has changed the world that we live in forever.  This includes the way we make money in business  and especially Network Marketing / MLM home based businesses.

Gone are the days of simply showing a plan for that makes sense and having people, (people that have been programmed for JOBs and linear pay plans) sign up in your network marketing business, and do the same thing for more than 2 months. 

Because of this microwave, convenient, ”I want it now,” ineternet society, 97% of network marketers / MLMers are failing miserably in their home based businesses.  But, many network marketingMLM leaders have found that by using the internet they are able to make money in their network marketing / MLM home based business.
